Our story

Esteban Ruelas spent years in S&P 500 hospitality before founding Windoor Properties in 2020. What pushed him to build this company wasn't just frustration with how houses get sold in this country — it was how often the people on the other side of those transactions get treated like a number. Nobody seemed to care about the actual human behind the address.

So we built Windoor to do the opposite. Yes, the financials matter — we always work hard to put as much money in your pocket as we can. But what matters more is what's happening in your life. The deadline you're up against, the family you're trying to take care of, the next chapter you're trying to get to.
