Our website also automatically collects standard analytics data — pages visited, browser type, IP address, time on site — through tools like Google Analytics. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

Mobile opt-in data is never shared. All the categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. The only exception is the aggregators and providers of the text-messaging service — our messaging platform and the wireless carriers — who process this information solely to deliver our messages to you.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Windoor Properties. On our website, consent is captured with two separate, optional checkboxes — one for informational texts about your inquiry and one for promotional texts — both unchecked by default, and neither required to submit a form. You can also opt in to informational texts by texting one of our business numbers or by giving a member of our team your express permission. Here is what that means:

• Informational texts (with your consent): replies to your inquiry, cash-offer updates, appointment scheduling and reminders, transaction and closing updates, follow-ups about your property, and deal alerts and offer updates for investors and agents.
